What Makes Azalea Lakes Subdivision Attractive?
The lake (Lake Azalea) is in the middle of the neighborhood. Throughout the neighborhood, there are small canals that connect to the bigger lake. Those that live on the lake have party barges for evenings of fishing or just relaxing on the water. The lake also beckons to the kayaks, paddle boats and canoes. There is a community boat launch and is accessible to all of the homeowners. On weekends and evenings, you will find lots of the neighbors enjoying themselves at the lake.
There is also a sprawling green space area that is accessible to the residents. A place to play with the dogs or organize a pickup game of baseball or football!

This fantastic subdivision has an affordable, active, HOA to keep up the entrances, the lake and the green space as well as the integrity of the neighborhood.
It’s pretty fair to say that Azalea Lakes offers a little bit of something for everyone.
You will often see neighbors taking a walk, jogging or riding bikes and they always have time for a quick smile and a friendly wave.
