“The inventory is so low.”
“We have no inventory.”
“There’s nothing to choose from.”
Does any of this sound familiar to you? Do we really have an inventory problem?
I’m here to tell you that inventory isn’t the problem. We are selling more houses than ever before. What’s causing the low inventory is the number of buyers. There is a difference. Yes, inventory is low, but it’s because of the number of buyers in the market and not a true inventory shortage. Will the rising interest rates slow down the number of buyers? It will be interesting to watch over the next few months.
